The crease around the groin area does not look like a natural fat crease, and the low quality of the video hides the imperfections well, which leads me to believe the genitals in the videos are realistic looking apparatuses. Also I think that real testicles would have the vas deferens and the epididymis connected to them (they would look like strings) and neither of these are shown on the testicles that pop out in the video. I don't know for sure but I do believe that this is a fake. Summary: Fake, testicles don't look like that IRL.
