December 15, 200717 yr I went to see it at midnight last night with the gf, then my dad asked me to go see it again so I actually ended up seeing it twice. The hype surrounding it was too much, the movie was good, it sucked when the girl came into it, and the ending was horrible. 7/10

Those whom were infected and were afflicted with all the symptoms (sunlight harms them etc.) and those were infected and had a bad case of insanity. Movie - Infected were fuckin super albino creatures and nothing more. Book - Neville's neighbor was infected (insane kind) and taunted him at night. Though they were rivals, Neville developed a sort of weird relationship with him as it was his only real connection to the past. The neighbor was also killed by the "good infected" which pissed off Neville. Movie - We got a mannequin named Frank? Book - The woman he found was a "good infected" posing as an immune human. She was sent by the good infected to be a covert ops biatch on Neville b/c he has unknowingly been killing the good AND bad infected during the day. She sorta falls in love with him and warns him to get out, but he doesn't. Movie - God lovin lady with a mute kid who doesn't know who Bob Marley is? Book - Neville is captured by good infected and sentenced to death. He comes to the realization that he has become a literal "legend" to these good infected. He is their boogeyman that stalks them as they sleep. He is the bad guy. He accepts this and his fate. Movie - lol grenade go boom Also, in the movie there were no indications to the infected and vampire correlations i.e. religious symbols scaring infected, etc. Torah scared jewish infected and cross's scared christians. It turns out this is a psychological side effect of the disease rather than actual vampirism. He makes no actual cure in the book and it appears the good infected are content with living their new lives.
