Posted December 23, 200717 yr A global ban sounds more scary. I figured out how to get around regular IP bans. when i was raging this vent server the owner came on and all the admins told the owner "captain, our bans are useless!!" so he said ok ill just put him on global ban, and I though, ill just change my IP again, so he banned me, I got a new IP, and then I was still banned. so then I uninstalled and reinstalled, still banned... but I noticed, even when I uninstalled, the cloned names and everything are still there, so, i don't know what to call it because im not great with computers, but is there like a cookie somewhere in my computer thats kinda telling vent "this guy cant get into here, don't let him." or anything? please help me out here.
December 23, 200717 yr Author i tired that, i tired everything, deleted it renamed it move it installed it like 5 times copied it ran like 7 of them at once tried a reg cleaner and nothing, im gonna go on my other PC and try to connect from there if I can connect I can rule out any IP or modem ban because its connected to the same modem and then the only thing i can think of is a hardware ban.
