HLSS can be used to overflow a server, it can also be done without, if you have 6-7 people on mic at one time for along while the server will crash, if you think you're going to modify HLSS in someway to crash the server you should think HLSS is probally just going to crash your client insted of the server

February 19, 200817 yr Speed hacks and hlss on a server will cause the .wav your playing to speed up, taking that it's a long wav, the speed will cause it to load up faster then normal, then buffer, causing lag on the server as well as your game. I've done it before on multiple servers with speedhacks, it is possible In this scenario, you want a 5-7 minute long wav, just turn the speed hack on and start moving. This only works in some servers, and the server will soon crash

(it said "omfg you fucking hacker" or somethingfrom the http://pwned.nl/) like he: not so sure but played it amillion times, not evens peeded up. then the error said the server was overbuffered and had to restart.
February 20, 200817 yr This only works on some crappy servers. But you alone won't be able to do much. The least people I've seen needed to buffer overflow half of the server is 2.
