unplug your modem then replug it after 30 minutes, and yes that works for me

Ipconfig release

go to network connections and go to the one that you usually use to get on the net

go to internet protocol

properties

set the use following ip to something random and set the sub to 00 00 00 you know

for the dns one leave it blank press ok

then open up properties

change it to obtain on both then press ok

tada new ip
