Anyone here cheated on a proper paper? Any good stories? I'll start.

So the other day i cheated in a full A2 level exam (the ones before uni). It was English Literature closed books and i was supposed to learn quotes from the book. Night before i was trying to cram some in and i thought "Fuck it". I pulled out a small slip of paper and crammed 40 quotes in.

Morning before i took a few codeines to chill myself out because i was getting proper nervous. Went in and fucking killed the exam paper, used nearly all the quotes. The stupid invigilator sat at the back right the whole time. I still can't believe how easy it was.

Do what, now?

Lol school you idiots are still in school.

Oh wait a minute I am too. DON'T CHEAT YOUR GONNA GET CAUGHT AND THEY'LL TAKE YOUR PAPER AND GIVE YOU A ZERO!!!!

Never cheated in college because I haven't needed to.

Only class I ever cheated in high school was math, because I hate it and am so bad at it. I'd look on other people's papers for the answer, write that down and then write a bunch of bullshit calculations on the occasions that we had to show our work.

Plagiarism is for stupid people that want the end result of a good grade without actually learning anything.

Except this isn't plagiarism. Plagiarism is copying written work (i.e. coursework, assignments). This is cheating. Therefore you fail.

And isn't it ridiculous to expect a student to learn so much stupid information when the test should be designed to test the literary capabilities of the student.

Everyone else didn't cheat, so no, it is NOT ridiculous to expect you to actually learn what is expected of you.

I sincerely hope you get caught one day. Cheaters have no honor, and I put them in the same category as posers. I have no time for either.

You have to memorize quotes? Talk about rote learning...what a dumb teacher if alll he/she does is makes you memorize stuff...real education doesn't revolve around doing what a monkey can do...maybe apply and analyze the piece of literature with your own essay...that would be a good way to actually prove you learned something...

yeah I remember in French class I used to charge students a gatorade to cheat off my papers...but I'm going to graduate from college this semester so those days are long gone.

You killed the entire point of going to school. If you don't want to learn anything, then drop out. It is a waste of your time to cheat because you aren't going to learn anything that way. Tests are there to test your understanding of the material that has been covered. The only person you are cheating is yourself.

When you get to a university, you probably won't be able to get away with that kind of bullshit (depending on where you go). You will struggle if you are a frequent cheater because it's pretty obvious to me you don't have a system for studying.

I've never cheated for these reasons.

Are you actually implying that cheating over a video game is even close to cheating in school? If you actually knew anything about this place, then you would know that people aren't here for cheating. They are here for rage, which doesn't necessarily require cheating.

Yea man it's stupid isn't it. See i am good at English but just not good at memory.

So is it really wrong to sit there and watch your good understanding be wasted because you can't remember pointless quotes (which won't help you in life) or is it to be expected to take up the initiative and write down some quotes and take yourself somewhere in life. I have had 8 exams this january and that is the only one i cheated because its just damn stupid to expect students to write about a book without it in front of you.

I don't cheat in games, nor do I rage them.

I'm not sure what you are trying to imply.

If you are questioning why a person such as myself is here : entertainment.

Same generic principle...however I can't say I've ever cheated on an exam or a paper...maybe homework though. And the best rages are made through cheating.

This statement is false. Some of the most enraged people I have seen in video games is done through strategies such as door blocking and tea partying, which require no cheats.

I'm in college and once you've been caught once, it is over for you academically. So no, I don't do stupid shit like this.

Like the guy in the vents in assault? Yeah that was pretty funny. But what's tea partying?
