Around here if you are spraypainting this is the cool thing to tag: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lethbridge_Viaduct Walk out right to the middle and draw your shit from top down. Theres little spots to jump down on the sides if a trains going to come hit you but you have to watch ahead of time.
