Well, I've been doing a lot of thinking, reading and researching and apart from all the negatives, there are a lot of positives of life in America. This year my school is having a Student Exchange Program. I live in Israel and I would just love to have a change of settings. Does anyone know of any such programs at their schools? Maybe I could come and live with one of you!

You are not welcome here.

We support the building of a nuclear bomb against Israel.

Actually, I happen to know that the Original Poster of this thread is NOT John_Winthrop.

But I digress. On topic, I suggest you come to a Chicago Public School. They are known worldwide for their cultural diversity and unique education methods. You could benefit immensely here and see the true essence of American education. Not to mention the academic opportunities that Chicago offers. You can: attend a free concert at Millennium Park; study animal life at the spacious Lincoln Park Zoo; study under the wing of an ancient line of astronomers dating back to Galileo at the Adler Planetarium; see Sue, the world's largest Tyrannosaurus Rex, at the Field Museum, as well as one hell of a huge diamond; decorate your home with expensive luxuries found only at the world-class Merchandise Mart; experience true stylish shopping along the Magnificent Mile, as well as some of the most intriguing architecture in the world; and take a boat ride on Lake Michigan from off of Navy Pier, the premier lakeside venue-location in Chicago. Come soon, come often. Give me a ring when you get here; I'll show you the ropes.

I got a PM from P-Dot and he says I can come live with him. Everyone is so nice there in Canada. America is too messed up.
