i need help with voice annoys i can put them on but they sound really really high

use a converter to convert ur .mp3's to .wav's and then use GoldWave to reduce the bass by going to Effect -> Filter -> Equalizer and bring it down to -15 or -20

Dixie Horn seems to work pretty well... Very obnoxious.
