February 14, 200817 yr I work at gamestop and my store is actually #1 in the region also and we are a mall store. This guy just got shit on for no reason. I have done hella worse things and the most that happens is my manager says "oh well try not to do that again" Instance #1: I sold a subscription to this lady. Yes we actually are supposed to and raises and promotions and store placement in the districts and regions are based on reservations and subs just like the guy said. The computer had an error and she walked out with 70$ worth of stuff and a subscription/discount card (the one that saves like 10% on used stuff) that doesnt work because i thought it had rung up. Manager said, "oh well looks like ill have to put that on shrinkage" and i went about my business. Course we actually have to work for our #1 spot since we've been around awhile and are in a store in the town that has the counties seat for the richest count yin maryland which is one of the richest states. So all in all that guy is half idiot with a lot of bad luck.
