Cnn has been working on a prototype for a sort of Memory Card that will hold movies on it, rather than a disc. It will be released in the fourth quarter 2008. That is all I can really tell you about it. In-other-words I am advising that you pull all of your Shareholdings out of Sony and DVDCorp and put in in Cnn.

A memory card is about 1000 times more expensive to manufacture than a fucking plastic disk.

Warner-Bro's also pulled HD DVD Support, the last HD DVD's will be coming out in May-Warner Bro's makes about 10%-15% of dvd's.

Sucks that Blu Ray won considering that the PS3 is the cheapest player you can get and its 400+ bucks. Also the fact that the dvd's are 20+ dollars. Ill just wait until they come out with the next big thing that knocks all the prices down.

Yes dumbass. 20$ for all the shitty movies is expensive. All the good ones are what? 30 or 40$. Sorry not all of us can bum off daddy to pay that much for a movie. If you wanna pay 20$ for Dumber and Dumber in HD go for it. I see no point till they drop to what regular dvd's are at.

That's why I'm calling you a young faggot, regular dvd's used to be a lot fucking more then $20, much less HDDVDs

CMorgan is right-I have the money to buy those DVD's but I still wouldnt-there's no point in paying $20 for a movie when you can 1) Watch online 2)Pay $7 to see or 3)Wait for it to come out and get Netflix. When PS3 price drops again i'll probably buy one for the blu-ray but hopefully by that time blu-ray burners will be cheap-the disk's as well.
