If you feel like trying dxm at some point go for a dxm only product like gelcaps. As for me I prefer first maybe low second plateau doses most times. It's easier to function on dxm than it is for me being stoned. If I trip I do it at night and I keep the following day free or not very busy.

If youre a kid and have no weed then go ahead and drink a bottle but make sure its just dex or mostly dex. Stick to smoking bud though.

It doesn't thicken your blood because it's a stimulant which simply put increases dopamine and affects certain serotonin receptors which regulate among other things your heart rate. The effect on heart rate and blood pressure from dxm is very mild especially compared to a stim like meth and when I say mild I mean that even dexing every day like I do my heart rate and bp avg at 86 and 120/86. Yes I do know what my avg heart rate and bp are lately due to a number of dr visits in which I had that checked.
