Yo, as you all know cs 1.3 is back... And I just want to piss people off.. I want to dl some scripts.. But only for 1.3, can i hack in 1.3 and not in 1.6?

Maybe I missed something, but how in the fuck is 1.3 coming back?? I went to the official page, nothing there about it. I know you can still play on WON, but can you even download 1.3 anymore?
