March 15, 200817 yr I'm in california, I have my license suspended, and the worst punishment I can get is a fine with 3 months jail time. But most cops don't care and will let you slide a couple of times. I know this because my friend has his license suspended also, and he as been pulled over and they let him go.

Being suspended in one state means you can't drive in one state.

March 17, 200817 yr damn you guys dont kno a thing about driving when your license gets suspended your days start counting down ONCE you hand in your actual license to the DMV, feel free to still drive tho just dont do anything stupied and get pulled over also if you are pulled over expect court and a big fine, my bud got pulled over 4 dif times awaiting his court and just now got sentenced to a month in jail so depending on your state there pretty lienient as long as your license wasnt suspended for a DUI
March 18, 200817 yr You can easily go to another state and get a license, the only problem is that you'll have to do it as if you've never had a license. IE: Driving test, learners permit, ect.
