So for whatever reason Windows Media Player wont play sound as far as music goes but will play movies fine. Im looking for a new player. I hate Winamp. Any other good ones out there?

If you don't like winamp, and your wmp is fucked. You're out of luck for any "good" ones.

Maybe Itunes, but that prog sucks ass.

May not look like the best shit out there, but its good for a few things.

" musikCube is an mp3 player for the modern generation. It helps you just listen to what you want to hear,

while offering innovative features not seen elsewhere. For the

technical user, musikCube is based on an embedded SQL database engine

known as sqlite. For the non technical user, that means its fast.

Really fast. "Dynamic playlists" allow fully automatic, randomized

playback of songs based on your observed listening habits. The more

you listen, the smarter it gets. It also features browsable, user

reorderable playlists. "

Xion lets you customize your skin by using .psd files. Shits awesome. Lesse, there's foobar as well. I use Amarok tho' (Linux), so I wouldn't know about foobar. Xion I've used personally and made skins for, so I know it's a good media player.

Thanks for the suggestions but i really didnt like any of them. Foobar i think was the best but i didnt see an option to combine the songs by artist so its basically like winamp. I miss WMP. I cant figure out why the fuck it wont play sound from songs. Movies and everything else work fine. Music doesnt work at all, but it works on my GF's account. :thinker:

DonkeyPunch;553388']iTunes all the way

organizes your music perfectly.

Sweet, thats almost like WmP. Ill keep it for now. But is there a way to shrink the size of the album covers. The icons are huge.

You can organize your music by artists in foobar... Just select all your tracks and then right click > sort > and BAHM!

My vote is for foobar, but it cannot play movies.
