let me explain me situation lewl.

 

last year i was about to join the marines. the recruiter had all them papers set up and everything. i was under age so we were gonna meet up with my mom so she could sign to. at the time my girlfriends dad was sick with cancer. i got to thinking at that meeting, maybe it wasnt such i good idea to leave for boot camp right after her father died. so i walked out of the office and went home.

 

now a year later i still want to join and my girlfriend has settled down from her dad dying. my situation has totally changed though. i am living on my own, paying rent, electricity EVEN INTERNETS (I GET LIKE 20 MEGABITS BTW LEWL). i have a full time job mon-fri. livin like an adult. im getting pretty bored with it and decided it just isnt for me.

 

so... join marines, spice my life up a bit. go kill sum terrorists in the iraqs or what?

Just understand once you join the Marines they own you...not only might you be hurt physically..yes even though supposedly they can't do that anymore blah blah..they still do it...you will be cussed at by your drill instructor...you will be hit and cussed at by fellow platoon members if you screw up in training and everyone is punished... if you make it past boot camp you will probably be sent to iraq...if you're lucky maybe japan or Germany or Bosnia..something where nothing is goin on...but most likely you will be sent to Iraq into the heat of battle...you will probably have to shoot innocent people...like children..because you don't know whether they have bombs or not...or any shit like that...you will come back fucked up...guaranteed...it might show up in different ways..if you decide to do this then SEMPER FI MOFUCKA!

btw what country you live in and also i agree with what ishbu is saying for once :gaysex2: it might fuck you up even more, which will not benefit you in the long run.

dont do it. im in the forces and its the worse thing in the world. may look good on tv watching people shooting and blowing shit up, but its not like that trust me.

if u do join ur pass boot camp prob go to iraq and sit around doing guard dutys ect for a year. maby the odd convoy trip from baghdad to kuwait to get food ect. other than that pointless waste of life tbh.

Let me tell you right now its a big decision. I was in the Marine Corps. and I have to say that it is both the most bad ass time you will ever have in your life and the shittiest at the same time. You get fucked around with 24/7 but you get to shoot some amazing weapons and you will be in the best shape of your life "cough cough tons of ass cough cough" but seriously think about it long and hard first.
