The funny thing is no Muslim knows whether he's going to heaven or not...there's nothing that guarantees it...unless you blow yourself up...which is why a lot of them do to ensure they go to heaven.

No one said heaven was guaranteed for muslims, it is just more likely for them that non muslims, even the books mention, nearly 99% of people will enter hell on the day of judgement, only difference is, majority of those who were muslim will be allowed to enter heaven after being punished in hell for thier sins, non muslims won't get this option from Allaah.

 

As for the blowing yourself up part, that only guarantees the hellfire for you, if you are muslim you cannot commit suicide, for Allaah will never forgive you for this grave sin.
