Beautiful graphics, stunning cinematics, an addictive story, and a masterful control system are just a few of the reasons why games like this make consoles much better than pcs for games, not to mention playing them on a 57" flat screen wide ratio big screen tv on 1080i HDTV. 'nuff said.

May 4, 200421 yr Author I used to be the exact same way, trust me. But then a while back I got a few fps games for ps2 and xbox. I've never looked back. I turned from complete pc fanboy to console master. You can still rage people online like i do constantly in games like rainbow six 3 on xbox live by doing things like tear gassing and flashbanging your teams, even killing them sometimes. Console hardware is so much cheaper than getting the pc equipment (a xbox is 150 bucks, good video cards can be 3x that, and xbox graphics are still some of the best around) and the games are priced just like pc games, but I also find they have more replay value. Console games are much more fun to play with friends, allowing the same people to play on 1 screen and in one place. And now that they have online games, many of which are games that are on the pc anyway, and more that are not, I find myself playing zero computer games.

Saying XBox graphics are better than PC graphics is a bit like insisting your Pinto can run circles around everyone's Porsche.
May 4, 200421 yr i just got an xbox and live, havent played a pc game since. I also already had PS2 and Gamecube. Super smashbros, golden eye, and a couple others are the best gaming experience with 3 other people on same screen than a pc game could never do

Doom 3 creators say that the difference between the xbox and pc version should be nearly non existent in the graphics department, for example. I said they are SOME of the best around. May 5, 200421 yr i just really dont like most console games, after ff7 and fft for the original psx i couldnt find a game that was better, so i ended my console experience there. now i play pc games because cs got me addicted to leagues, and so i have to play a game that has leagues and matches, cant do without :/ (cept for wow which will be so amazing like omgoshtikles)
May 5, 200421 yr I played FFXI on both PS2 and PC. Let me tell you, the PS2 version is just crap. Console gaming is catching up, but still has a long ways to go. Just the sheer ability to download mods for games makes PC online gaming so much beter. Free shit is always good.
