Posted April 5, 200817 yr Ok so my friend got this credit card and he spent about 200$ out of 2.5k-ish in the couple months he had it. he told me he Gets this message when he tries to order something again from one of the same online stores: Thank you for your purchase. Your current order is on hold pending extra verification. This process is simply to confirm that you are the owner of the PayPal account and credit card with which your purchase was made. To complete the verification process, you must: Go to our 24/7 Live Chat Support (icon on the site) and ask one of our representatives to have a supervisor call you for verification. The supervisor will need to speak to the owner of the paypal account and/or credit card used for your purchase. This will complete the verification process. Now, he hasen't been doing this with a paypal account per-say. The credit card transfer goes through paypal but he never made an account or anything so he checked and paypal doesn't get a reciept out of this, so they will ask him questions about the credit card...he only has the cardholders name the credit card number the date/expire and the the three number code(not the pin but I forgot what it's called) So he doesn't know the pin number. what information do you think they will ask to confirm the order? Tl:DR What do you think they will ask for on a phone verification for an online order.

If he doesn't want to go to a federal-pound-me-in-the-ass-prison, then he should scrap all evidence now and quickly. I'm serious. fucking awesome post. i lol'd inside :)
