April 6, 200817 yr Joins the German Army Fights in the WWI Injured in 1918 (?) during a gas attack. Armistice declared on Nov 11, 11th Hour. Germany forced to accept humiliating terms which leads Hitler and others who will later control power in Germany to believe backstabbing occurred. This is also due to his rejection as an artist by what he considered the Jewish establishment. Joins the Nazi party as an informer. Rises in rank. Beer Hall Putsch in 1923. Jailed. Dictates Mein Kampf while in jail. Released. Great Depression hits and the German Mark hits record inflation, causing the Nazi party's message to become more popular ( 4 trillion marks = 1 Federal reserve note ) Elected Chancellor of Germany in 1933 LEGALLY. Reichstag fire probably started by Göring under Hitler's orders causes Hitler to recommend to Hindenburg that Civil Liberties be suspended. After Hindenburg dies Hitler assumes absolute power in Germany as the Führer. This is all off the top of my head, if some of it is wrong or w/e sue me fagets.

Pretty good for off the top of your head. I would put more detail about how he got Chancellor, there was some law or something that meant in extreme times a person could take complete control. I can't remember now. Also it was the army that hired Hitler to spy on the Nazi party, because he went to them asking for work. He ended up speaking for the Nazi's one night and people loved him etc etc. Also mention the SA and the 'Night of the Long Knives'.
