April 19, 200817 yr It doesn't matter how good of a driver you are if you have balled tires, and the roads wet.. That's a lame excuse, and if you actually believe that you're a fool. Bald tires are just poor tires. He clearly had no idea how his car handled in the rain with the current state of his tires, he over estimated their capabilities and then was unable to save the car...it's not like the tire exploded or it fell of the wheel. It's 100% driver error in this case.

Hes a wanker tbh. i dont know too much about the UK but here in Sweden its pretty hard to get a licence and they changed the law so if you move here you have to re-take your licence again (except for the EU countries, switzerland and japan and some test for UK citizens since you drive on the wrong side of the road) since all the world gives away drivers license in the corn flakes packages bascially.
