Valve's new TF2 update allows the medic to become a more powerful class. If you want to unlock the achievements it isn't really hard. May 1, 200817 yr Could possibly one of you guys post another way to unlock all of the achievements since we can no longer use those achievement_unlock commands because of the recent hotfix
