Posted May 5, 200816 yr Ok, so heres some background information. I am a senior in high school. I live in a town of 9,000 in Alaska. We have a black percentage of about %1. But then we have a native percentage of about %45 which is good and bad. Last Friday I was in class when the one porch monkey in our school came up to me and said "Hey can I borrow a dollar for lunch today". I responded with a simple "No, get the fuck away from me". So the bitch starts getting all offensive like and says "YOU FUCKING JEW ARE YOU THAT GREEDY?". I say "Ok, first off I'm not jewish, and get off the welfare and get your own money, nigger." So she starts making a scene and calls the teacher over to tell him what I said. They immediatley took me down to the principal and then called the super-intendant. After talking for awhile they said that it was a high chance that I would be expelled over this. Is this really fucking reasonable? I mean, she calls me a jew, and I retort by calling her a nigger.

May 6, 200816 yr If you actually admitted to saying it then you deserve to be expelled. All you had to say was: "What?! I never said that!" Boom, your word against hers; issue dropped. Just deny everything, it got me through High School. The American school system cannot punish a student without proof. If they have no proof, the only way you can get into trouble is if you admit to something. If they do try to punish you without proof or an admission, contact your lawyer and one simple letter will clear it all up. Also - I lol'd when you first said "she". If you're for sure busted with calling her a nig, I would insist that the school interpret what you said not as a racial epithet, but with the literal meaning of the word nigger, which just means a stupid ignorant person. But also go with the double standard being applied. She associated you with an ethnic group with derogatory implications. If she weren't black we'd call that "racism" but apparently theres no such thing as long as it comes out of a black person's mouth.
