i've just tested this on Windows XP Professional SP3, v.3300 (Build #2600) so im pretty sure it's good for ANY xp service packs,

also after your first login it may go back to "Validate windows agian" just follow the procedures when you're using microsoft.com and don't install anything you don't need to
