This fixed it for me.

If it does, it will take you into safe mode and download them.

Go into your hard drive, find the folder called "Windows" Inside "Windows" find a folder called "System32" Delete the files/icons called "cmmon32" and "cmos.ram" These are files storing edits in the computer memory. Deleting them will undo any changes you have made. You may need to restart afterwards.
