Scripting help

Hello everyone i need help i see on myg0t tools and then scripts theres a ak burst fire one :

But how do i use it? i tryed copy and just pasting that in the autoexec.cfg my mate gave me i tryed just copy and pasting that stuff at the bottom of the document and when i went into css i pressed "o" n nothin happend Help please? :)how do i use it/do it
