Posted June 10, 200816 yr As some of you are no doubt aware JAPS has released some information on their mainpage mainly this: VAC2 for all source engine games has upgraded, do not use any public/private hacks until verified vac2 proof hacks are released, many sites are still selling and releasing hacks using the old peb hiding and people are receiving delayed bans. We are currently working on a fix and will release a public cheat soon. At this point hl1 and mods remain unaffected. & this funny bit: Forums are back up, i have also reopened the download database and the cheats will be updated soon. New DC v1.4 and ze4 micro hook will be within the next few days. We are working on new css vac proofing. I wrote a VAC2 tool a while back and the PE-Header's crc hasn't changed.. hmm... http://i26.tinypic.com/23mjig.jpg Anyway back to my original point. Basically JAPS attempted to interpret my post I made on G-D regarding VAC2's scanning of unlinked modules. Now how they are doing it is really simple, NtQueryInformationProcess. Their comments about HL1 mods not being affected is downright stupid. They are just as well. Valve uses the same anti cheat code for 1.6. The only reason they aren't catching shit like hard patches is really simple. VAC2 cannot get the base address of critical dlls because Valve manually maps these dlls in hl process. In a nutshell for Source they use loadlibrary which leaves the module visible as day. Which is why VAC2 is catching so many cheats because they are modifying static data section and/or code section. June 10, 200816 yr I have been using extended-aiming 1.0 Premium for almost a year and vac finally raped me today. Its true that I have no idea if a hack is vac proof and you can never trust what people say, partly due to the delayed banning system.

A long, long time ago (8 years...I think) I joined a local ******** server and I got my ass handed to me. I checked out there website and found that they were releasing regular quality hax as well as a public vac1 disabler. My guess is that the lead programmers have moved on. Back then, anyone with a ******** tag would own, while [myg0t] tagged players would play voice annoys, door block and spray dirty pics. Now it seems that myg0t has taken the lead in all areas. So what is **** now?, they were know as the elite, but now they are not. They cant rage either. IMO they should start coding hax for games that wav does not play/hack. Maybe then they will have a chance at winning.

Thats sad to hear, I remember them claiming that there vac disabler was leaked and that is why they were making it public. Needless to say, they claimed it as there own work. You would think that by now they would have developed some reversing/hacking skills. It always annoyed me that GD would never give straight answers. I mean, why not just answer peoples coding question as detailed as possible, otherwise we are all just re-inventing the wheel. Now I understand, they only give you enough information as to point you in the right direction. My guess is that this is done to combat Japs type faggotry.

June 17, 200816 yr Author AHAHAHAHH RIFK I have added 2 cs 1.6 vac2 cheats to the cheat database both are undetected, other sites are listing prolific hook v3 for css undetected, it is in fact detected along with all public css cheats, fools like wav claim vac2 for source hasn't upgraded, he obviously doesn't care if public cheat users get banned. I probably won't bother adding any css cheats to the database all they do is get people banned and make valve $$$.

You have to uninstall Steam every time you are finished playing, and reinstall it whenever you want to play to have consistent VAC2 proofing.
