Energy drinks are horrible for your health, they taste like shit and there only purpose is to give you a boost of energy.

 

If you need to take anything to give you energy you need to PT more. (with the exception of having to pull a really long shift, or if you didn't get to go to sleep and have to stay up for multiple days, ect. )

Apple juice is a very liable energy drink

 

Fuck that. Orange juice with some pulp is the shit.
