Hai ther. You can change your name to a very very long one if you type in your steam friend list name

Your name will be

 

"You cannot connect to the selected server, because it is running in VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) secure mode.

 

This Steam account has been banned from secure servers due to a cheating infraction."

 

You can use them in the regular steam Chat, too. I will list up some other things.

Attack a team mate and the message will pop up if your name is #VAC_ConnectionRefusedDetail

 

Or any of the others...
