Posted July 11, 200816 yr if you guys read my other thread you would know i got in a car accident, well 3 weeks later i wake up with breathing problems, thinking of going to the hospital, my question is , should I call a layer, would they accept this case even tho is 100% my fault? I got pictures of my injuray, i got pictures of my car , don't have any witness so far.. what you guys think

Like I know you just want money but jesus fucking christ last time i remeber this was usa, where you can sue anyone for anything, and im not kidding about the breathing im thinking if i should go to the hospital or not, this bitch costed me the entire car, the hole frame is fucked up from left to right, and now i can sell this car which sucks, and she knows it was her fault for speeding right into my car, and im pissed off because this is bullshit, they should pay me money for injures and the troubles i have 3 weeks after the accident, like not being able to make money with the car, all i can do now is sell it, which sucks

You have to have a case, no matter how ridiculous it is. It's filed as your fault, so you have no case, really. Next time don't turn in front of someone who is speeding.
