Im buying a new comp[alienware]

And I cant decide whether to go AMD or INTEL

What do you think is better in your opinion? AMD is MUCH cheaper for a decent processor (9950) Only thing about the AMD is...I cant get the new 280 geforce card since alienware right now is "testing it with the intel comps"

You should just build, but if you would rather throw away money, then I would go with DigitalStorm instead of Alien/Dell.

Just go find those same components here : http://ncix.com

When you go to checkout to calculate totals you can select them to put it together for you, run some tests and install your OS for something like 30$.

Its a custom build, and since you prolly would have a hard time doing it yourself they do it for you.

It'll be cheaper in all aspects but the OS. The software is the only thing you save on when you buy one of these brand named systems.

Newegg.com is better. Much better.

You can go iBuyPower too if you're too pussy to build your own.

GTX 280 = Waste of money.

Buy a 4870/50 if you want a worthwhile card.
