My friend is trying to tell me that a hack can be made purely through a .cfg file.

I disagree some things cannot be done simply through console commands (finding out where a player is, etc.

Lol, seriously, you can get a basic no recoil cfg, but forgot where :/, worked well, redueced alot of the recoil, and get visual wallhack
