Posted August 3, 200816 yr Apparently theres a program, which is a heavily moded source dedicated server which crashes whichever VAC server its connected to, making all servers connected to the vac server you put offline vac free! Does it exist or is it some some made up shit the niggah guy told me? He said it works by sending alot of data to the server, because when ur connected the server verifies player data and communicates, so hear it send alot of data, like a dos attack, and this brings it down or something. Apparently also if ur lucky enough u can send commands to the data, stick a virus on or something, but that sounds bs, but the thing above doesnt. But lol, imagine hacking the vac server and unbanning everyone, vac is screwed for life.

August 4, 200816 yr Please read up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDoS#Distributed_attack A DDoS attack is very unlikely to be effective, for sure VALVe uses anti-ddos mechanisms to protect theirselves against attackers
