so google trends is the decisive answer to what people in the world are interested in?

 

Firstly, its not a system thats incorruptible, i can spam entries for ron paul all day long therefore throwing off the stats. Also if your presumption that google was the end all answer to peoples interests, than the american news media would actually be doing their job. By informing people of the less known canidate, the one that is not searched for as much on google trends which is obviously the best source for news

there's two different charts, one's googles search volume and the other is news reference and both charts have high volume on ron paul and ya that maybe be because he is a lesser known candidate, good point lol i never thought of that but as for ron paul running for president, if i were an american he would definitely get my vote.. i would never even consider voting for john mccain he is a joke
