i just want to go around my spaceship and make new worlds and watch other creatures do things to eachother not go on doing this one lined quests, is very annoying espically since YOU HAVE TO DO it so you can upgrade your ship, 2 years ago this game looked revoultionary and all but now is just simply 4 games put into one, kinda like empire earth 2, the idea sounds amazing but is not very good excuted, i'm not saying this game is boring and your not going to have fun, but as in depth and detail, they should have waited another year and create more stuff to do and watch, is just way to simple

    YOU'RE NOT A BRIGHT ONE ARE YOU.

    Until you get to space the game is not anywhere near its intended potential. The space stage is fun, however I still see problems with it.

     

    You gotta dash for the center of the universe with plenty of mega repair packs or you'll never finish this game.

    The space stage could have been so much better imo. Overall though I liked the game but I wish there had been more to it. More detail and things to do but without bogging you down with meaningless boring crap to do. I would have liked a space stage that was more like Master of Orion. Fuck now I wanna reinstall Master of Orion and play that... I think I will.

    you ever play B&W or B&W2? sort of similar shit there, playing god and all. I think B&W2 was much better than Spore, which says something considering how old the B&W series is.

    this game was supposed to be revolutionary, i waited for so long for it to come out. cell phase fun, creature phase, a little repetitive yet fun, tribal a little boring, civ is just a dumbed down civilization, and space is fun for the first couple of hours until you realize terraforming is incredibly boring and all there is to do is constantly defending your/ your allies planets from being under constant attack.

    HEAVN'T PALYED B&W1, BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE IT BEING WORSE THAN B&W2. HERE'S HOW TO WIN B&W2 MILITARILILEY:

     

    STEP 1: HAVE A BIGGER ARMY THAN THE ENEMY. SINCE NO STRATEGY IS INVOLVED, IT ALL COMES DOWN TO NUMBERS.

    STEP 2: WATCH AS YOUR MEN TRIUMPH IN SPITE OF ALL THE BUGS AND BAD PATHFINDING, ONLY TO BE SINGLE-HANDEDLY CRUSHED BY THE ENEMY CREATURE IN A FEW SECONDS.

    STEP 3: NEVER BOTHER MAKING ARMIES AGAIN SINCE MICROMANAGING THE CREATURE IS THE ONLY INTERESTING THING ANYWAY.

     

    POINT IS, B&W2 AND SPORE HAVE THIS IN COMMON: THEY'RE BOTH NOVEL AND UNIQUE, BUT THEY STILL SUCK AS GAMES. OKAY, I HAVEN'T ACTUALLY PLAYED SPORE YET, BUT WHEN YOU'RE A M3N LIKE ME YOU CAN TELL WHAT THINGS SUCK WITHOUT EVEN TRYING THEM.     i was really thinking that this was going to be like alife or some really intelligent game where different races interact with eachohter with amazing ai, kinda like the first time you see your cow in black and white do something weird like throw people against this hill he keeps pooping on or something like that, but there is no real depth in this game, the space game is alot of fun making new planets but all this shit happens at the same time one of your planets gets raided while some ecosystem fails while pirates taking your spices or something , whatever interaction there is with the creatures is only like 2 choices you have to do, nothing else, i tried making a new planet but you have to find like the perfect trees and perfect animals to put on it to stablize shit, the game is still alot of fun but honestly ive seen stuff like this before in different rts like sword of the stars and galactic civilization, which in my opinion are way better games with much more depth

    all you need is 3 large plants, 3 medium plants, 3 small, 6 herbivore's and 3 canivores.

     

    Go to a planet that is already T3, and take everything...
