Posted September 3, 200816 yr Music. Yes I blame music for my frustration in not getting the most from a good browse on these forums. When I 'surf the web' I like to put on a record and let it spin (i.e. I like to listen to music). Unfortunately, often times users here like to post links to videos. This is fine and the videos are often hilarious, but before I click the link to the video I have to pause the music (or lift the needle for the sake of the possibility of listening to records). This forced action become very irritating, especially since there are so many tempting video links posted here. The problem is: I do not have a solution to this problem. I could suggest the complete banning of posting video links here, but I have a premonition that many users here will not support that proposal. I could, myself, not click on the video links, but then I will left out of the many humorous antics that occur all over the world every day. I could also cease listening to music, but then my non-video web-surfing activities would be more than less than half as enjoyable as they would be with music. What am I to do guys?
September 3, 200816 yr This is a big problem John, I am glad you came to myg0t for help. My suggestion is to compromise and lower the volume of the music so you can hear the music and the audio of the video at the same time.

If I have to switch to my music player to slide the volume down, I might as well pause it. This does not help at all.
