Posted September 6, 200816 yr Im currently trying to set up a network so 3 computers can use the same printer, the one connected to the computer is running vista, while the others one a laptop via wirless, and another through eithernet is using windows XP but all connected to the router (Westell Versalink model 327w) Everytime i try to set a network on the vista computer it tells me that i have to configure it manually and sends me to the router configuration page, but the network tab displays all the computers but no options for network setup (only Nat and ip passthrough) can anyone help me? (im using bellsouth fast access if it matters)
September 6, 200816 yr Does the printer have network support? I doubt that the drivers you have for it do. Hook that POS into a computer, allow printer sharing when you setup your home network. And add a printer via network address in the control panel. Done.
