I went and told her new guy the next day (he actually cried lol) and then didn't see or hear from here till about June. Met her in August, shes still with her new guy. She ended up staying at my place, and telling me she wanted me back. Come late September and we're back in touch she comes over to talk to me about getting back together and says shes going to leave this new guy. She stays at mine at we ended have sex twice that night. Then, She gets cold feet so I decided to print screen her MSN convo's with me incase she pulled out of getting back together. In the end I decided not to get back with her because I was seeing someone at the time. So, a week passes and she's still with her new guy and I am in an unhappy relationship so I decide fuck it Ill tell her new guy and show him the MSN convo's. So I tell her I'm going to do it, she ends up begging me not to do it and let her do it in her own time. But I can't wait so like 3 days later I get on MSN to all her new guys mates and begin to tell them what happened and show them MSN convo's etc. I thought you know, why should she get away with cheating on him 5 times with me and I sit here like a mug? So I ring her about 20mins ago and tell her I told them and I'm going to tell her new guy in person. She threatens to call the police for harassment and threats, bear in mind I didn't actually threaten her at all. She thinks because I contacted his mates and started telling them about what happened it can be classed as harassment. She got a case?

To answer your questions simply, no she does not their isn't a law that states you can not provide evidence towards her cheating, stealing ect, unless you use it to your benefit. Now one thing she can do is state that you black mailed her and made her do certain things such as have sex with you or pay you money not to send these!
