Malibu two miles in from the beach is fucking ghetto. As previously stated, the Bay Area (San Francisco) is far better than shitty southern Cali. Taco Bell > Del Taco, there's weed, great mexican food, In N Out, plenty of tourist places along the coast. Also, if you head downtown, you'll see a lot of crazy people that provide free entertainment to the general public. Places to visit: Fisherman's Wharf, Academy of Science, Montgomery Street, O'farrell Street (for strip clubs) and Haight Street (the people sell weed there sometimes right off the street). I'll add to the list if anything else comes to mind.

DO NOT go to haight area. In and out isn't that good by any means. Smoking marijuana is for fools. I advise going out to see the natural beauty, i recently traveled to the capay valley and had a wonderful time.
