That compared to giving the rich and massive corporations huge tax breaks and while allowing more cost effective methods such as "outsourcing" to continue destroying the job market but raise revenue while increasing prices with the illusion that there is some sort of scarcity while 90% of America (you know those welfare jobless niggers you hate so much) has to deal with it.
