I heard that the reason Obama is back in Hawaii isn't because of his grandmother but making sure the Birth certificate is sufficiently doctored.

interesting you posted this, i was hearing stuff on the radio about it last night. its pretty simple to show if you are legal. just fax the damn thing to the court.

The Birth Certificate shown in that link is laughable. I think the Nigerian 419 people had something to do with making that certificate for Barrack. Look at

the computer generated type font, they never had that back in the 60's. I'm

looking at my birth cert right now (made in 1968). the type writer that was

used was old and ugly, just like all the other type writers used in the

government back then.

Wow yeah some of my friends that are insane NRA conservatives were trying to convince me this was going to happen. There is no way, he was born in the U.S. and got his citizenship here.

 

Also butt_plug, you can get a new birth certificate whenever you need one so that one is probably not his first. I lost my birth certificate and got a new one printed last week.

It is a copy of the original that you have. It is still the same certificate...only a certified copy of that certificate from Vital Records from the STATE you were born in. They DO NOT make a new one for you. That would be illegal and punishable to the full extent of the law(which is why Barrack is being sued).

 

EDIT:

I had to get a passport recently and needed my Birth Cert ASAP to get it.

I had to contact Vital Records in the state I was born in and order it.

I have a certified copy of my Birth Cert with my mother's name and

signature on it along with the doctors name and signature present at the

birth. These signatures must be on the document. You can't just make up

a new Birth Certificate out of your ass with no signatures.

U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father's native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.

 

Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man.

 

Internet-fueled conspiracy theories question whether Obama is a "natural-born citizen" as required by the Constitution for a presidential candidate and whether he lost his citizenship while living abroad.

 

Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."

What that sentence really means is that even though there is a possibility that he is not a naturalized citizen, it won't matter to voters, despite the fact that if that were to be true then he would automatically be ineligible for presidency; every vote backing him would be dropped.

Berg doesn't have a case. Why does he persist? ......he needs a tote bag for his brain. he keeps dropping it.
