Its fucking retarded. Over here, you have to have a liscense to own a gun and even then you can go to jail for shooting someone even if they threaten your own life. We had a case once where a farmer shot a burgler with a shotgun as he trespassed in his home. The farmer went to jail, which yea is kinda fucked up. And for everyone unhappy about Obama, you've had 8 years of that retarded cowboy Bush. Be happy.
