Oatmeal is pleasing as long as it isn't Quaker brand. I prefer organic oatmeal or Irish oatmeal. As for typical cold cereal, I find the abundance of sugar disturbing. The only worthwhile cold cereal is multigrain granola with soy milk to lighten the crunchiness.
