While we were actually hosting TGS on our own servers operated by OMP, our upstream providers were forced to cooperate with court rulings. Don't worry though, THiSGaMeSuX will be back up within a matter of days if not sooner, and will be hosted offshore possibly in Russia and/or Sweden far out of reach of DMCA laws. Anyways, just think of the rage Nexon is feeling is go through all of this. THiSGaMeSuX gets an insane amount of traffic and i'd bet most hackers in the game Combat Arms are using either free public hacks or VIP access hacks written by s0beit and other TGS staff.

I emailed S0beit but got no reply. $20 for half the time I paid for. news will be posted here and when the site is back online you will see it on the TGS portal. of course, the latest news will always be found on IRC. also, vip time is not lost, you will receive everything you paid for when the databases are back online, nothing was lost, all data is still there.

Thanks again. yeah seems like a lot of people can't connect to the IRC but I promise you it is ALWAYS up, maybe try one of those CGI/PHP IRC proxy sites that let you connect to other networks. and, as far as i know, for server changes such as this everyone will be compensated with time.
