There are alot of communities and groups on facebook, find some that you find you're interested in and just join them.

 

PS. What is facebook ? Is it a game ?

 

Also find your irl friends and add them too. Comment on all of their profiles at least three times aweek, make sure that they know you're alive and they won't forget you.
