Illuminati (plural of Latin illuminatus, "enlightened") is a name that refers to several groups, both historical and modern, and both real and fictitious. Historically, it refers specifically to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on May 1st, 1776. I used to be a "conspiracy theorist" type of person,

but i realized there is not the manpower nor the resources to keep the American people under control in some of the ways people mention in a purely police state, people would resist (we overwhelm the police force in any city by at least a million or more people).

 

As an example, imagine your local city where EVERYONE is committing a crime, how would the police be able to stop them?

 

Until the human population becomes more police/military willing to follow blindly for a dollar freedom prevails.

 

As-is we barely had enough forces available to enforce laws in Iraq, a country dwarfed by America.

 

The Government is shitty, people are greedy, they will help their friends out to make more money and that is the current situation in politics (sort of mafia-style).

 

When it became easier to accept that there is a global conspiracy over every politician being corrupt i don't know, but that is my opinion.

 

I do think America is long over-due for a revolution, just not under the guise of some hair brain conspiracy that no one has successfully proved exists besides images on dollar bills.

9/11 - i used to believe was an inside job, but then it struck me, why would somebody take such risk, that they would end up being tortured by there own bodyguards, just to start a war for the oil... if he wanted to start a war, all he would really have to do is plant some "wmd's" in that country and say "oh look", he wouldn't have to risk blowing up two large buildings.
