no?

focusd;599922']no?

ah well... I think you're getting gipped. Alienware is good stuff but way overpriced...better to just buy everything separately.

rambo;599925']p33pu5 would say just build your own pc

that's the cheapest way of course..

i'm thinking about buying alienware too, but i'm going with a laptop since i cant build a laptop myself and those alienware thingis look nice.

i'd never buy a computer there, as said before, they are way overpriced...

I bought my dell vostro 1500 laptop for €600 ($850) and it has:

15 inch screen (dont use i use a seperate monitor) btw: nearly as big as my cock

intel core 2 duo CPU T8300 @ 2.40GHz

3gb RAM

Nvidia geforce 8600 GT

250gb harddrive

so I know what ur buying is better but mine was a laptop so it should be more expensive and i bought all this like a year a go when this stuff was more up to date. lol i must have got a bargain or ur being ripped off really bad

Look at all the parts there; it will cost you probably half the price.

Core 2 quad $190 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017

(consider an AMD, they are cheaper and faster like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103773)

8800 GTS $170 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814143119

(or get something awesome like this for $500 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102768)

4GB RAM $40 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122 (Be sure that it will work with your motherboard)

You just need a case, PSU, motherboard, hard drive, and CD drive.

That's a complete ripoff.

I was able to build a rendering workstation with 8GB of Fully Buffered (the expensive server kind) RAM, Tyan Server Motherboard (Tempest i5000PW (S5382)), a GeForce 8800 GT, Creative X-Fi Soundcard, 750W PC Power and Cooling Power Supply, three 500GB Hard Drives, and 2x Quad Core Xeon processors for only slightly more than that... over a year ago.

Gateway has a laptop for $1300 that's better than my desktop, can't remember stats or name but they only sell it at best buy. that might be a deal breaker but it's a damn fine machine for the price, i remember that. look up gateway gaming computer or someshit. would be good for all the recording + sound editing i do, had 3 or 4 gigs of ram and a good cpu etc blah blah blah

EDIT: HERE YA GO

Available at locations like Best Buy for a mere $1350 (and currently with a $100 rebate), the P-6831 FX completely redefines the midrange gaming notebook.

Indeed. Those Alienware fags charge for the brand.

Just buy a couple cheap used cars, and create a destruction derby in your backyard with that money.
