Those parts I listed are optimized for gaming. Sure you can put a faster processor in there for that price, but it is pointless when you consider that few games are optimized for quad core and that the dual core I listed will overclock to a speed that is on par with other dual cores that are more expensive and have a higher stock clock speed and multiplier. The GPU is more important for gaming than the CPU anyway. You can't build a gaming PC that will perform better than that one for that price.
