    to me it sounds like they have american accents and are around 13 and there are a number of suspect sounds heard after some of the girls jump as if they are landing on something just under it.

    I have reason to believe the second one was fake.

     

    Reason #1: Who put this on the internet in the first place? Too many moral fags in the world. No one would find this "Youtube worthy".

     

    Reason #2: While the video camera pointed at the concrete at the bottom, it was slightly off kilter and didn't get a strait shot to the bottom parallel with the building, making me suspect a secret platform on the next lowest floor down.

     

    Reason #3: I love making lists. and my grammar and spelling propagates all.

    I'm fairly sure the girls jumped off the balcony to the side. It is pretty clear by their bubbly attitudes that they weren't just about to commit suicide.

     

    You can also hear the girls after they jumped saying "not yet not yet" to the last girl.
