Posted January 16, 200916 yr Hey thar. A couple of friends and I want to start doing some raging and make videos out of it. We've got everything needed to produce a high-quality rage, but we don't want to look like nublets when we do it. Any tips for getting people pissed enough to say funny shit and not get ourselves banned at the same time? Also, being able to identify who is admin and who isn't would be very useful, if possible. Thanks.
January 16, 200916 yr okay first of all you can't always tell who the admin is but our best bet when going into a clan server is anyone with a clan tag your best bet that he's going to be admin. This will be alot of trial an error before you find the right server that doesn't have votekick/ban plugin. The best thing to do is first come in totally innocent and watch the players and try to find the ones you think will get annoyed the easiest. Once that is done start harassing him by either blocking doors, maybe tking or maybe even saying his name over voice for awhile. Or even when he starts to talk play a sound that blasts out anything he's trying to say everytime he says it. Slowly start to work your way out to everyone else in the server this means blocking doors, ladders, and windows exc. As for sounds I would say the more annoying the better. And be original... that means no dumb duke nukem sounds and stupid crap like that. Though another sure fire way to avoid people muting you in a non admin non votekick/ban server is to do this command in your console this works for CS:S the command is setinfo name "" what this command does is basically takes away your name and identity in servers. You do not come up on player lists and can't be muted by players unless they do voice_enable 0 but most people are too stupid to even know that. Another thing unless the admin knows Rcon commands they will have a hard time kicking and banning you. So if you find yourself getting banned from a server and I would only recommnd hax to more experiance people. cause if you don't have something VAC proof you are screwed. And one more thing when you get a server with a MOTD that has a list of rules do the opposite of every single rule and you will sure to be ragging everyone in no time.
